If you're here, you've probably already had your first Trial Session and you're pumped to get things started!

This guide will give you all the information required to choose your best option to commence your learning journey with us.

We offer a range of flexible membership options to suit every schedule and commitment level. All memberships include a one-time $50 joining fee, which comes with your first book—on us!

Here’s a quick breakdown:

Fortnightly Membership – Ideal for steady progress with bi-weekly lessons.

These three memberships are subject to recurring, auto-debited payments on a monthly or 3-month basis, depending on your plan. This ensures a stress free payment system, as well as the opportunity to be on a consistent lesson plan.

📅 Step 2: Book Your Lessons Online

Once you've purchased your package, you're ready to book!

Log in to the website using the same account you used to purchase your membership. If you have just purchased your package, you are logged in already.
Head to the Book Online page.
Select the correct time-frame you have purchased in your membership.
Ie: if you've purchased a 45-Minute Monthly Membership, you'll able to redeem your sessions as "45-Minute Sessions" on calendar, but not as 30 or 60-Minute ones.
Choose your preferred time, location, and tutor.

With this system, you can book in all your sessions in just one-go as well.

🔧 Step 3: Manage Your Bookings Like a Pro

Click on your profile photo (top right on desktop) to access your personal dashboard.

From there, you can:

🔁 Reschedule, cancel, or redeem credits for your lessons.
💳 Update your payment methods.
🎓 Explore the Students Area for extra resources and updates.
🔄 Opt for a different Membership plan.
